- Sit quietly and look around; become aware of the present as your point of power.
- Realize our past beliefs may not serve us.
- We can insert new creative goals into our minds. Think of a new goal or belief for yourself.
- Relax. Let the new suggestion or idea sink in. Maybe picture yourself with it already done.
- Now take a simple action or step towards your new goal, however small this step is. Do something that is in line with your new goal.
Repeat this exercise as needed.
