Applying the Law of Attraction

He found some useful steps in manifesting and positive thinking. I'm going to go look at it (after I get another cup of tea).

  1. That's a cool web site! A lot of what we've been studying, in clear, easy to follow steps.

    I particularly like what it says about Theta brainwaves (in the guided meditation section - step 3).

    I've been doing my affirmations/gratitude list every morning before I meditate. Only recently -- within the last week -- did I realize it would be more effective to do this After I've meditated, when I'm still in that altered state. And here it is, that advice exactly!

    By the way, I just finished a book about healing through guided imagery (which is really the same as guided meditation). I've ordered a couple of those guided imagery CDs. I'll let you know how they are once I've gotten them and tried them out!
